CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Police arrestedthree people in connection to the shooting ofa man outside a cookout restaurant.
Antonio Hamilton, Shamon Goinsand Cherelle Griffin have been charged with the murder of Devon Clement.
Clement was shot and killed at the Cookout on West Sugar Creek road on May 16, 2010.
Hamilton turned himself in to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police early Saturday morning, Goins was captured later in the day.
Griffin also turned herself in to police Saturday afternoon.
All three arealso being charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling.
They are being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail.
