RALEIGH, N.C. — Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and vice presidential nominee JD Vance will make stops in North Carolina this week as polls show a tight race for the state's 16 pivotal electoral votes.

Trump, the former president, will hold a rally in Wilmington on Saturday, Sept. 21. The event will be at the Aero Center Wilmington at 2 p.m. Doors open at 10 a.m. People wanting to attend the rally can register for tickets here.
Trump has made at least five visits to the state since April. He canceled a previously scheduled rally in Wilmington in April due to poor weather.
