LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. — An Amber Alert was issued Monday for a missing Lenoir County teen who was last seen on Saturday.
The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office said the 15-year-old was last seen at her home in the town of Seven Springs at around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30. She was last seen wearing a white sweater and black pants.
It's unclear where she was heading or who she may have been with.
Authorities said the alert was canceled Monday afternoon.
Lenoir County is located about 232 miles east of Charlotte. It includes the city of Kinston and is located along the Neuse River.
