PARIS, France — After a photo review, it was a one-two finish in the men's 110-meter hurdles for the United States.
Grant Holloway, the three-time world champion and Olympic silver medalist from Tokyo, won a clear gold with a time of 12.99 seconds.
But Daniel Roberts of the U.S. and Jamaica's Rasheed Broadbell were so close it required a photo finish evaluation. The two were separated by only three thousandths of a second with Roberts outleaning his competitor to take silver and leave Broadbell with bronze.
It's the ninth gold medal for Team USA in the track and field competition at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
American Freddie Crittenden, who qualified for the final through the new repechage round, finished sixth.
