CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte FC is preparing for its upcoming season by increasing the number of seats fans can occupy at certain games in 2024.
Four games at Bank of America Stadium this season will be open to upper bowl seating. The team only sells tickets for the lower section of the stadium for most home games.
Charlotte will open the upper bowl for its against New York City FC on Feb. 24, Nashville SC on May 11, Inter Miami on July 3, and CF Montreal on Oct. 5.
The match against NYCFC is the home opener for Charlotte FC.
Tickets are expected to be in high demand for Charlotte's matchup with Miami as soccer fans of all kinds gather to watch Lionel Messi on the pitch.
Charlotte's match against Montreal is the final home game of the season. Fan appreciation night will be hosted at the match.
Tickets start as low as $15 for upper bowl seating at these games.
Charlotte is hoping to improve on its 2023 campaign where the team made the postseason for the first time in its two-year existence. Charlotte lost its wild card match against the New York Red Bulls 5-2.
The team will be led by head coach Dean Smith in 2024 in his first year with Charlotte FC.
