CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The world is falling in love with the accent of the newest Carolina Panther.
South Carolina WR Xavier Legette was the 32nd pick in Thursday's NFL Draft to the Carolina Panthers.
During the press conference, Legette was asked about his accent.
"They've been dragging it all over social media," he said. "I just tell folks they really just ain't never heard nobody talk from Mullins."
The 23-year-old is a South Carolina native.
Legette was the seventh wide receiver taken in the first round.
