CHARLOTTE, N.C. — On Monday, the Charlotte Area Transit System is expanding its service after cutting back during the pandemic.
CATS will be adding extra morning and evening trips on nine different express bus routes.
Buses have been operating on a limited schedule since march of last year because there were fewer riders.
