ROCK HILL, S.C. — The South Carolina Highway Patrol, along with Rock Hill Fire and Police are currently on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on I-77 Southbound near mile marker 82.
According to highway patrol the crash is fatal.
The crash involved three vehicles including a commercial dump truck. The driver of dump truck, Dale Beverlin, 71, was killed after he veered off the road and struck a tree after hitting two other vehicles.
Those traveling in the area should expect major delays as officials work to clear the crash.
