CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Four people were hurt due to a crash that closed Interstate 85 North in north Charlotte Friday morning, officials said.
The crash happened just after 8 a.m. with multiple agencies responding on I-85 North just before Bruton Smith Boulevard, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The road reopened just after 9:15 a.m.
One person was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries and three more were hospitalized with minor injuries, according to Medic.
No word on whether anyone is hurt at this time.
