ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — An off-ramp along Interstate 85 in Salisbury is closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer, state troopers said.
The crash happened on the ramp from southbound I-85 to Innes Street/U.S. 52 around 7:15 a.m., according to North Carolina DOT. The ramp is expected to be closed until around 11 a.m. Friday. It's unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
Traffic is being detoured onto northbound Innes Street. Drivers looking to take southbound U.S. 52 toward Granite Quarry can use Exit 75 for Jake Alexander Boulevard. Drivers can turn east onto Jake Alexander and follow the road to U.S. 52.
