MATTHEWS, N.C. — A woman has been charged in connection with a crash that killed a 75-year-old pedestrian in Matthews on Monday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. on McKee Road near the intersection with Hampstead Pond Lane. Investigators said 75-year-old Mehmet Bagci was crossing the road when he was hit by a driver in a 2012 BMW 328i. Dadalsko was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle.
