CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in south Charlotte on Friday night, Medic said.
The crash happened around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Providence Road West and Johnston Road. Medic confirmed one person was taken to the emergency room. Their condition is not known at this time.
WCNC Charlotte has reached out to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police for more details on the crash. It's unclear if charges will be filed or if police are looking for a suspect.
