CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A crash involving an overturned 18-wheeler left one person seriously hurt and blocked all lanes of a section of a busy northeast Charlotte road.
It happened on eastbound W. T. Harris Boulevard in between Research Drive or IBM Drive and the Interstate ramp. The road reopened around lunchtime on Thursday.
Medic confirmed one person was seriously hurt.
