ANSON COUNTY, N.C. — Highway 74 was closed for hours in both directions in Anson County community of Peachland, officials confirmed Tuesday morning.
Two people were injured in the collision and were taken to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries. The road reopened just after 2:30 p.m., according to Rodney Diggs with Anson County Emergency Services.
