Have thoughts on Charlotte's transit future? There's a survey for that

The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization is accepting survey submissions before July 3.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Coming off a week where plans for Charlotte's Red Line seem more alive than ever -- and Charlotte's Silver Line gets called into jeopardy, the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization is asking for public feedback on the region's future transportation plans.

Billed as the CRTP's 2055 transportation plan, the group hopes to receive engagement about long-range plans for Union, Mecklenburg and Iredell counties.

The survey period continues on their website through July 3.

You can stream WCNC Charlotte on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV, just download the free app.

Feedback from the survey will help the group prioritize projects and determine goals.
