Tonight:
It's clear and windy, with much colder air moving in. The temperatures will fall all night and drop below freezing by early Thursday morning. Winds stay up 10-15 mph with gusts over 20, but they also calm down overnight. The wind will make for a nast windchill at times.
Mountains
Snow showers will continue in the for the rest of the evening with 1-2'' of accumulation expected. A Wind Advisory is in effect through 1 AM Thursday. Wind chills will likely be in the single digits to lower teens by Thursday morning. The flash freeze combined with the snow will cause some slick spots on the roads overnight and early in the morning.
Thursday Through This Weekend
- Colder with highs either side of 50 degrees (Thursday through Saturday)
- Lows starting in the 20s
- Next chance for rain is highest this Sunday, where lows return above freezing. This means potential wet Panther's seats.
