CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team (BG-RRT) is going to central Tennessee to help in the recovery efforts after tornadoes hit the area. Six people were killed and several others were injured.
The team is deploying to two locations in Tennessee: Clarksville and Hendersonville.
“We can’t even begin to imagine what a terrifying situation this must have been for people. We are praying for all those impacted by this storm,” Josh Holland, international director of the BG-RRT, said in a news release. “We are sending our crisis-trained chaplains to comfort, pray and share God’s love with those who have been impacted by this disaster.”
