'Horrific' | I-277 construction is driving Charlotte crazy
Anyone who drives in Charlotte knows traffic on I-277 can be a nightmare. Construction and lane closures make it hard to get on and off the interstate. Unfortunately, the headaches aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
