3 things to keep in mind for Queen's Feast 2024

In previous years, it's raked in an economic impact of more than $8 million.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It's that time of year -- Queen's Feast 2024 is back.

Dozens of restaurants across the greater Charlotte area are going to once again offer discounted menus. The celebration of local dining, which runs for about 10 days, has been known to serve up more than 100,000 meals across all restaurants.

In previous years it's raked in an economic impact of more than $8 million.

WCNC Charlotte is always asking "where's the money?" If you need help, reach out to WCNC Charlotte by emailing money@wcnc.com.

There are 105 restaurants participating this year, and 24 of them are joining the lineup for the first time.

Here are three things to do before you dine:

1. Make reservations

Reservations aren't required, but they certainly are recommended as folks look to score on meal deals.

2. Plan on spending anywhere between $30 and $50 for the prix-fixe options

But keep in mind, that price range is before gratuity. It's encouraged that diners tip their wait staff.

3. Write down the dates

The big event starts Friday, Jan. 19, and wraps up on Jan. 28, giving Charlotteans plenty of time to explore.
