2 arrested, 1 wanted from shooting in Monroe

The shooting happened at the Icemorlee apartment complex.

MONROE, N.C. — Monroe police have arrested two men in connection with a Halloween night shooting that left a man with life-threatening injuries and are searching for a third suspect.

Antoine Levette Leach, 19, and Oquavyon McBride, 22, were arrested Monday at the Icemorlee apartment complex on Icemorlee Street, where the shooting occurred on Oct. 31. The shooting left a 29-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.

Leach is charged with attempted first-degree murder and is being held without bond at Union County jail. McBride faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by a felon. He is being held at the same facility under a $150,000 bond.

Authorities are seeking Tristian Ingram, 24, who is wanted on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by a felon.
