Missing Charlotte teen may have taken Greyhound bus to Atlanta: CMPD

Alejandro Greene was last seen leaving his family's home in north Charlotte on Tuesday. Detectives believe he may have caught a bus to Atlanta.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are asking for the public's help finding a north Charlotte teenager who last seen on Tuesday. 

Alejandro Greene, 16, was last seen leaving his home on Meadow Grove Way in north Charlotte on Sept. 10, police said. That's just off Reames Road, not far from Northlake Mall. 

Investigators believe Greene may have caught a Greyhound bus to Atlanta. Green's family is concerned about his safety and well-being. It's unclear why detectives believe he may be going to Atlanta. 

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Alejandro Greene is asked to call 911 immediately. 

No further details have been released.
