A spokesperson for NCDOT said these claims are baseless. He said intellectual technology complies with the state's Information Security Policies, which provide state agencies with a baseline for managing information security and making risk-based decisions.

So we can verify that no, your information is not at risk if you use the DMV kiosk service.

Our Verify team also searched for any instances where intellectual technology might have had a data breach, and we can verify that no, the company did not have any recent incidents in which users' accounts might have been compromised.
